Mara is known widely as an actress, story teller, writer and playwright, having rose to prominence as a child actress after starring as the characters of Natalie Hillard in the well known comedy film “Mrs. Doubtfire” (1993), and Wormwood Matilda in the fantasy comedy film “Matilda” (1996). Mara Wilson has been active in the entertainment industry since 1993.
